1About these terms

These terms are between you and Optimal Health in the United Arab Emirates and apply to the website, the store, packages and follow-up programs including My Diet. Our Return Policy and Privacy Policy form part of them.

2Using the website

• You must be 18 or over, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent.
• The information you give must be accurate; you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
• You may not use the site unlawfully, or try to hack, disrupt or copy it.

3Products and health information

• Dietary supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
• Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or are under 18.
• Follow the dose on the label. The product label is the reference for ingredients and warnings.
• Images are for illustration; packaging may vary by manufacturer batch.

4Prices and payment

• All prices are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT.
• Prices and offers may change at any time; the price charged is the one at the time your order is confirmed.
• If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.
• Payment is cash on delivery, or by card when that option is available at checkout.

5Orders

Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, details or the price are wrong, or the order looks suspicious — any payment is refunded in full.

6Delivery

We deliver within the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm your order. Delivery is free for orders from AED 200. Please check your order on delivery and tell us straight away about any problem.

7Returns and exchanges

Returns, exchanges and refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy published on this website.

8Packages, follow-up programs and My Diet

• Diet plans, analyses and recommendations we provide (including AI-assisted ones) are guidance from specialists, not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for a doctor.
• Results vary from person to person depending on commitment and health, and are not guaranteed.
• You must tell us about any health condition or medication before starting a program.
• Subscriptions are personal and have the validity shown on the package; sessions not used within it may expire unless agreed otherwise.

9Intellectual property

All website content — name, logo, images, text, diet plans and design — belongs to Optimal Health or its owners and may not be copied or published without written permission.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm resulting from misuse of a product, ignoring the dose or warnings, or relying on website information instead of medical advice. Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is settled by the competent courts of the UAE.

12Changes

We may change these terms from time to time; changes apply from the day they are published here. Orders confirmed before a change follow the previous terms.
